Department Fort Mill Tasks Responsibilities include: •Customer Order Processing & Account Management: Process customer orders, invoices and return authorizations. Prepare, coordinate, and review all export documents as required for proper execution of international shipments as required. •Customer Assurance & Development: Notify customers of shipping schedules, means of transportation, and estimated arrival dates. Track shipments of orders with transportation companies via SAP and internet. Coordinate with the transportation Company, exporters, brokers and Shipping Department as required. •Systems User: Process and setup new customer accounts in SAP. Initiate and maintain customer master tables, values and logic application as required. Coordinate with stock locations for transferring of stock or filling of customer orders as required. •Other: Coordinate and collaborate with customers, engineering, sales, planning, production control, replenishment, distribution and warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with best practices and customer satisfaction. Requirements Fluency in the French language, both written and verbal, required. Bachelor’s degree required; six years of work experience in an ERP system (J.D. Edwards, SAP, etc) environment may be substituted for formal education. A minimum of three years experience in Customer Service or Sales preferred. Advanced Excel, Access, and excellent problem solving skills a must. General knowledge of one or more of the following preferred: metal/carbide cutting systems, carbide & carbide overlay applications,
