Our client is a leading nationwide full-service insurance provider. Through its companies they offer life, disability, homeowners, renters and many other insurance products and services to consumers and businesses. This position will be located out of their Chandler, Arizona facility.

We are currently in need of excellent Customer Service Representatives that are fluent in both Spanish and English!

Customer Service Representative Duties - $12.00/hr
Will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers, insurance carriers, and/or lenders who have questions in regards to insurance policies. Candidate will be responsible for pulling information from file, reviewing premium or escrow information, auditing/updating files, contacting lenders and builders, and additional duties as required.

Requirements:
-Candidates must have six months of recent call center experience or similar customer service experience
-Excellent communication skills and have the ability to relay information correctly to the customer
-Knowledge of MS Windows based programs and the ability to type 25 wpm
-Must be fluent in both Spanish and English
