Call Specialist - Bilingual

We want you to join our team! With continuing expansion we are looking for dynamic Client Leads Representatives to be a part of our fast-paced success! Currently located in downtown Ft Lauderdale, but relocating to Plantation soon.

Ideal candidates have outbound call experience, a drive to meet goals and an interest in long-term employment.

This position is one of a kind. You will be making return calls to potential clients that show interest in our representation. Clients contact us by one of many marketing avenues; television commercials, internet inquires, brochures, etc.

No call is a cold call.

Position is goal oriented and is required to complete 16 Leads a day.

Responsibilities Include:

•Outbound Calling to Follow Up on Leads

•Completing 16 Leads a Day (Extensive Questionnaire to Determine Applicants Eligibility)

Requirements:

•Associates Degree or Technical Certificate

•Minimum of 1 Year of Out Bound Calling or Customer Service Experience Preferred

•Typing Skills: 40 WPM

•Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Background checks and typing tests are required for all eligible applicants.

Hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm

Salary is $12 hour PLUS bonuses.
