The Spanish Bilingual Collections Call Center Agents will pursue past-due accounts according to the Company's Standard Operating procedures and government regulations in order to achieve delinquency objectives without sacrificing customer service standards.
Persuade delinquent customers to become current while using professionalism, tact and adhering to all applicable collection laws.
Achieves production goals and standards for servicing delinquent accounts without sacrificing quality of service.
Follows Client Operating Standards, State and Federal Legal requirements and regulations in regards to collections.
Accurately and thoroughly notate each account with efforts performed and results attained.
Process credit card and check cards by phone.
MUST Be Spanish Bilingual to be considered for the position

Day shifts available, work one late night a week, and 1 Saturday per month
CHANGE IS HERE

Start at $12 per hour- Hourly rate increases available after 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year based on meeting minimum performance targets
Potential increases are- $12.50 after 30 days, $12.75 after 90 days, $13.00 after 6 months $13.50 after 1 year + additional increases after that.

Spanish Bilingual is Required. Potential to earn $1.50/hr. based on Assessment Results.
